The delivery timeline largely depends on the shipping option you choose. On average, you can anticipate a delivery window of 3-10 working days post-dispatch.
6. Can I request specific cuts or drying styles for my order?
Absolutely! Given that our products are typically procured, processed, dried, and packaged per order, we may be able to offer some flexibility. If you have specific preferences in terms of cuts, hydration levels, or packaging, do let us know and we will try to accommodate your requests.
7. What if I want a product that is out of season?
We always aim to fulfil all orders, even for produce that might be out of season. While we strive to secure these for you, we can't guarantee their availability. However, we regularly update our product list to reflect current availability.
8. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, given our wholesale operations, we have a minimum order quantity of 25kg per shipment.
9. Are there hidden costs added to the prices on the price list?
Our product price list reflects only the cost of the items. Shipping and customs fees are additional and will be clearly listed on your invoice.
